Gavin L. Zee
Gavin Zee advised many of Silicon Valley’s leading technology companies while serving as a corporate and securities attorney with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California. Gavin joined Wilson Sonsini upon graduation from Columbia Law School and served with the firm for over four years. While at Wilson Sonsini, he represented a variety of biotech, semiconductor, software and internet companies in the areas of venture finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and public company disclosure and reporting.
Gavin received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley with a double major in Molecular and Cell Biology, focusing in Genetics, and English and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. Gavin joined us as our second associate in March, 2007.
