Study on Disruption in Legal Practice Highlights Smithline PC

An extensive survey from U.C. Hastings on New Models of Legal Practice highlights Smithline PC’s subscription and practice approach as “the single most innovative” among new model firms. The study explores the creative new ways Smithline and other firms are delivering legal services across the United States and Canada. Professor Joan Williams of the WorkLifeLaw Center conducted the study of over 50 firms from 2012-2015. See below for excerpts mentioning Smithline PC.
